Processing times

We’ll ship your order to the address provided during checkout, and once it’s on its way, changes to the shipping option may not be possible. During promotional periods or holidays, delivery times may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you.

Shipping rates
  • Free shipping on all orders over $90 within Australia.
  • $9 shipping for orders under $90.
  • Express shipping for a flat rate of $15.
Shipping protection (optional)

For extra peace of mind, we offer shipping protection at checkout. If your order is lost, damaged, or doesn’t arrive as expected, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement.

Shipping protection covers loss or damage during transit, from dispatch until the courier confirms delivery. Coverage ends once the parcel is marked as delivered.

If you don’t add shipping protection and your delivery fails for the reasons below, a $9 re-shipping fee will apply:

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • Uncollected parcels from the post office or courier depot.

Without shipping protection, we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. For orders that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect after delivery, please see our Returns Policy.

What if my order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you can’t locate it, please check the following:

  • Your letterbox or front door area
  • Anyone else in your household
  • Building management
  • Your neighbours

If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please contact our Customer Experience Team and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
